For this job we ended up going to a different company than Andy's because they could get to it several days earlier. Bad decision. I won't get into the details but it was a horrible experience with the other company. I learned my lesson and will stick with Andy's.

They always fully explain everything and give you your options. Plus you can always count on thim arriving on time. They are my "go to" for all appliance repairs!
